Join us Jan 30- Feb 1 for a special Godly Play weekend on the campus of Church of the Apostles (COTA). COTA has been using Godly Play since it began as a church plant 25 years ago and now has five beautifully appointed Godly Play classrooms, ages PK-6th grade. During the weekend, we will offer a rich formational opportunity for those wishing to experience Godly Play for the first time or those simply wanting to go deeper in their practice. Over three days, participants will experience all aspects of the Godly Play method and begin to become fluent in Godly Play core stories and fundamental practices. They will also learn about the uniqueness of children's ministry and why it is critical to one's faith development.

Cost is $350, with a $100 discount for Gulf Atlantic Diocese and Church of Apostles members. Quantity discount, $50 for 2 or more from the same church or school. Discounts cannot be combined.

Due to limited enrollment (15 maximum), we request that you cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend so others can register.  Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event. Likewise, there is a minimum number of participants. If training is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Finally, registrations can be transferred to another person if you find you are unable to attend.

As part of your training preparation, we encourage you to read Teaching Godly Play: How to Mentor the Spiritual Development of Children by Jerome Berryman. Upon registration, directions to COTA and lodging options will be emailed to participants.
